Engr. Sunday Oyewole brings over 32 years of invaluable experience in the Nigeria Electricity Supply Industry (NESI) to his role. With a remarkable 22-year tenure in the Electricity Distribution Sub-sector, he retired as the Chief Technical Officer of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company in 2020.
ENGR. S.J. Oyewole
During his tenure, he spearheaded the successful implementation of over 300 Distribution Substation Projects, contributing significantly to Nigeria's national budgets from 2011 to 2013 and the Federal intervention for Benin Distribution Company.
Engr. Oyewole holds a Full Technological Certificate in Electrical Engineering from the UK, obtained in 1987. He furthered his education with an MBA and an MSc. in Information Technology. He is a distinguished Member of several professional organizations including the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Council for the Registration of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Nigerian Association of Technologists in Engineering (NATE), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA), among others. Additionally, he is honored as a Fellow of the Business Process Management Institute (BPMI) and the Institute of Business Strategy (IBS).
